Yahmir LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates SlatePhone and the SlatePhone website. SlatePhone is a product of Yahmir LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you sign up for our early access list, we collect the following:

Email address	To notify you when SlatePhone is available
Country	To plan regional availability and shipping
Phone interest	To understand demand for device vs. conversion
Referral source (optional)	To understand how people find us
IP address	Fraud prevention and abuse protection

We do not collect any data beyond what is listed above. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts on the signup page.

COOKIES

We use a single session cookie (session) on the /admin area of the site. This cookie is strictly necessary for admin authentication. It is:

• HttpOnly (not accessible to JavaScript)
• SameSite=Strict (not sent with cross-site requests)
• Scoped to /admin only

We do not set any cookies for visitors or signup users. No cookie consent banner is required because this cookie is strictly necessary for the service to function.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

• To contact you about SlatePhone availability and updates
• To plan product development based on aggregate interest data
• To prevent spam and abuse of the signup form

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

LEGAL BASIS (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, our legal basis for processing your data is:

• Consent — you actively submit the signup form to join the waitlist
• Legitimate interest — fraud prevention via IP address logging

DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to the admin dashboard is protected by password authentication, session management, and IP-based rate limiting.

DATA RETENTION

We retain your signup data for as long as it is needed to contact you about SlatePhone. If we decide not to launch in your region, or if the product is discontinued, we will delete your data within 12 months.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data at any time
• Withdraw consent — you can ask to be removed from the waitlist
